The secret to their delicious flavors lies in their commitment to local quality; Gracy sources all her meats from Metzgers in Hensall and fresh vegetables from just down the road at Masse Fruit and Vegetables, keeping the flavors rooted deep in Huron County soil.

With a dedicated team of three local staff members, the shop’s reputation is spreading fast. While it’s a Zurich gem, Gracie notes they are already drawing hungry visitors from Grand Bend, Exeter, Bayfield, and as far north as Goderich.
