Gallery brings artists together

The Goderich Co-op Gallery is a co-operative venture that aims to advance the careers and increase the exposure of local artists throughout Huron County.

 

Established in 2002, the gallery features member artists who all exhibit regularly, changing their work frequently. The artists also assist in the gallery’s day-to-day operation and each day a new artist is available at the gallery.

 

The gallery even opens its doors every April to local artists to allow them to display their talents for a small fee. This month’s exhibit also featured a special gala evening, making for an important experience for a new artist looking to exhibit his/her work.

 

Member artists include Judy Barker, Laura Browne, Paul Cousteils, William Creighton, Marjorie Duizer, David Doyle, Elfi Enns, Barbara Hamilton, Sandy Herbison, Patricia Jennings, Anne Laviolette, Doug Martin, Carol and Jerry McDonnell, Jim McMullen, Naile O’May, Susan Peck, Greg Presseault, Madeleine Roske, Susan Rousseau, Mary P.
